[VI], 502, [CII]; 69 woodcuts of plants and animals in the text amongst which the famous "Hoitzlaquatzin" and "Tlaquatzin" with its infants and a fine plate of the snake "Domina serpentum" and a fine figure of the "Emeu" and the "Xochitenacatl" bird. The paper is a bit browned as usual. Tiny bookplate (rather an engraved capital letter) pasted in on the title page verso. The margin of the titlepage and first few pages are repaired.
