Condition Report

Elegant eighteenth century edition. The work focuses on the figure of the famous Roman doctor who lived during the empire of Augustus and Tiberius. As a physician he experimented with techniques and operations in the medical and surgical fields. Deep acquaintance of Hippocrates certainly had contact with Alexandria medicine and with some Greek doctors transferred to Rome.
