16mo, 126x72 mm; contemporary vellum binding with Yapp edges, leather label with gilt title on spine; pp. 366, [10]. Engraved Architectural title-page with putti and fertility scenes, woodcut initial letters, roman and italic type. Handwrititen note on the title page and on p. 223. Good copy.

Condition Report

Rare edition of this treatise of the famous philosopher, alchemist and kabbalist, explained by Henry of Saxony who was his disciple. Starting from page 224 is addicted the Michele Scoto's work on the secrets of nature. The two works deals with the healthy and curative properties of herbs, animals and stones, with references to astrology, magic and hermeticism.
