Bella e rara mappa dell’impero del Brasile alla metà dell’800. La mappa raffigura fiumi, città e una serie di dettagli topografici. La mappa fu preparata dal geografo francese Duvotenay per la pubblicazione dell’Atlas Illustre Destine a l’einsegnement de la Geographie elementaire del 1852.
