Acquarello su cartoncino. 364x540 mm. Titolo e firma in basso a sinistra.

Magnifica veduta volo d’uccello della città con la baia Rio de Janeiro. Paul Weiser, 1877 – 1967, pittore e grafico tedesco, studiò alla Royal Art Academy di Dresda dal 1896 al 1899 e poi dal 1902 al 1904, tra gli altri con Otto Gussma Nel 1926/1927 Weiser si recò in Brasile. Dopo la guerra è diventato membro dell'Associazione degli artisti visivi della DDR e ha lavorato come artista freelance. L'Otto-Dix-Haus della State Art Collection di Gera ha un inventario dei quadri di Weiser.
