Raro foglio volante. L’Assemblea Nazionale decreta che i manifesti degli atti emanate dall’Autorità pubblica saranno stampati su carta bianca, mentre quelli dei cittadini privati dovranno essere su carta colorata “sous peine d’amende ordinaire de police municipale”.
