Incisione all’acquaforte e bulino. 195 x 275 mm. Su carta vergellata, rifilata sull’impronta del rame. Stato 3/5. In basso a sinistra “Ia. Callot f.”

Drammatica rappresentazione di San Amond, secondo Vescovo di Toul, mentre sta predicando nella foresta. in mezzo a grandi alberi, il santo, con mitra vescovile, è in piedi, di fronte; predica tenendo nella mano sinistra il pastorale, mentre con la destra benedice i fedeli sparsi intorno a lui. In fondo, a destra, c'è l'apertura della mia caverna sotterranea, dove viveva in eremitaggio.
