Raro foglio volante. La legge relativa alla liquidazione dei debiti delle comunità religiose e delle Corporazioni ratifica la costituzione civile del Clero che sottrae alla Chiesa la sua autonomia. Tutti i beni, mobili e immobili, delle comunità religiose e delle corporazioni dovranno essere dovranno essere rendicontate all’amministrazione dello Stato.
