Foglio volante. 310x234 mm. Su carta intestata “ARMÉE DE SAINT DOMINGUE”. Iscrizioni, data e firme manoscritte. Buono stato di conservazione. 

Permesso di transito a bordo della corvetta L’Oiseau, per recarsi a Cap. Documento firmato da Duchauffour, Directeur principal des Hôpitaux du Département de L’artibonite, e dal Generale Jean Sarrazin. « Le Citoyen Maniel employé des hôpitaux ayant été chargé des ambulances de la Division Brunet,… se rendra au Cap près de lui à la première occasion…»
