Bifolio in 4to. 250x190 mm. Pagine 3, 1 bianca. Testatina figurata con la Corona e i Gigli di Francia firmata ‘Beugnet 1772’. Lieve brunitura marginale, buono stato di conservazione. 

Importante misura adottata dal Re per sostenere il valore del bottino degli equipaggi delle navi corsare, comprato a basso costo da agenti di cambio disonesti. È quindi vietato a tutti i marinai e gli ufficiali vendere in anticipo la loro parte di bottino «a peine d’etre punis severament» La bella testatina allegorica è incisa su legno da Jean Beugnet, valente artista della seconda metà del XVIII secolo, allievo di Papillon.
