Folio. 300 x 204 mm. Legatura in mezza pelle di scrofa con impressioni a secco sul piatto anteriore. Carte 261, 1 bianca. Grandi Iniziali su fondo nero criblé, numerose figure e diagrammi nel testo, posizionate negli ampi margini. Errata nel verso della carta 261. La data compare nella lettera dedicatoria di Iacobus Faber al verso della carta 2. Legatura restaurata, piatti fragili e tracce d'uso. Sporadiche fioriture e bruniture. 

Prima Edizione degli Elementi di Euclide stampata in Francia, la prima stampata fuori dall'Italia. Schreiber: “capolavoro tipografico”. DSB: “[It is a work] 'which has exercised an influence upon the human mind greater than that of any other work except the Bible”. La presente edizione è anche la prima a riunire la versione medievale del Campanus con quella rinascimentale dello Zamberti, basata su un originale greco di Teone di Alessandria; contiene anche un testo euclideo di Ipsicle.
