Arrest du Conseil d'Estat du Roy, Portant que les Quittances des Rentes de l'Hôtel-de-Ville seront Contrôlées. Du sixieme Fevrier 1723.

4to; 245x195 mm. Pp. 3, 1 bianca. Testatina. Annotazione manoscritta all’ultima pagina. Mancanza dal centro del margine inferiore, che investe qualche lettera. 

I conti dell’amministrazione comunale sono sottoposti a un controllo. Ricevute, arretrati, rendite del municipio saranno visionati e scrupolosamente vagliati dai notai. Sono previste sanzioni severe, e non potrà essere percepito alcun compenso da parte dei controllori, ‘sotto pena di concussione’.

The accounts of the municipal administration are subject to an audit. Receipts, arrears and income from the municipality will be viewed and scrupulously examined by notaries. Severe sanctions are foreseen, and no compensation can be received from the controllers, ‘a peine de concussion’.
