Loi Relative aux conventions faites entre les Auteurs dramatiques & les Directeurs de spectacles. Du 30 Aout 1792.

4to. 250x210 mm. Pagine 4. Su carta azzurrina. Alla fine firma autografa di Danton e sigillo rosso di Stato. Buono stato di conservazione. 

Rara placchetta dell’Assemblea Nazionale relativa al diritto d’autore. In calce la firma autografa di Danton. Nell’ultima pagina è impresso il sigillo rotondo rosso reale, utilizzato a partire dal febbraio 1790: la Costituzione del 1791 prescrive di imprimerlo nelle leggi dello Stato. Nella corona porta l’iscrizione: «Louis XVI par la grâce de Dieu et par la loy constitutionnelle de l'État Roy des François».

4to. 250x210 mm. Pp. 4. Light blue paper. At the end the signature of Danton and a State red seal. Good condition.

Rare booklet of the National Assembly relating to the copyright. On the bottom the signature of Danton. In the last page it is printed the red round seal, used starting from February 1790: the Constitution of 1791 prescribes to imprint it in the laws of the State. In the crown bears the inscription: «Louis XVI par la grâce de Dieu et par la loy constitutionnelle de l'État Roy des François».
