Raro Decreto del Re (Luigi XIV) che stabiliva come i medici di sua Maestà avrebbero dovuto affiancare i “chirurghi giurati” alle ammissioni degli aspiranti Chirurghi ed Ostetrici, con il divieto ai Giudici di nominarne altri.
In generale il Decreto stabilisce la priorità e la precedenza dei medici reali sugli altri medici delle città e dei distretti in tutte le assemblee e gli atti, oltre al divieto per un medico di insediarsi professionalmente nella città di residenza senza aver pagato e presentato una lettera di presentazione ai Medici di sua Maestà.

Rare Royal Decree (Louis XIV) establishing that His Majesty's physicians should be associated with "sworn surgeons" when admitting aspiring surgeons and obstetricians, prohibiting judges from appointing others.
In general, the Decree establishes the priority and precedence of royal physicians over other physicians of the cities and districts in all assemblies and acts, as well as prohibiting a physician from establishing himself professionally in his city of residence without having paid and presented a letter of introduction to His Majesty's Physicians.
