Incisione su rame. 232x152 mm. Bella impressione colorata a mano, stampa su carta vergata. In cornice e in ottime condizioni. 

Mappa di Croazia e Dalmazia tratta dal "Theatrum Orbis Terrarum" dell’Ortelius. Un'importante mappa antica della Croazia, che illustra le principali città, i fiumi, le città fortificate, le isole, ecc.
La mappa non è stata esaminata fuori dalla cornice.

Copperplate engraving. 232 x 152 mm. Beautiful hand-colored print on laid paper. Framed and in excellent condition.

Map of Croatia and Dalmatia from Ortelius's "Theatrum Orbis Terrarum." An important early map of Croatia, illustrating the main cities, rivers, fortified towns, islands, etc.
The map has not been examined outside its frame.
