In 8vo. 165x95 mm. Legatura coeva in pelle bruna, dorso liscio. Pagine [16], 518, [42]. 4 tavole incise ripiegate. Tracce d’usura alla legatura, lievi aloni di umidità. Buon esemplare. 

Edizione molto ampliata di questo classico della gastronomia che ebbe un successo duraturo. Vi è raccolta tutta la pasticceria dell'epoca, marmellate, biscotti, grappe, sidro, frutta, marzapane, gelatine di frutta, meringhe, crostate, tè, caffè, cioccolato, ecc.

In 8vo. 165x95 mm. Contemporary brown leather binding, flat back. Pages 16] 518 [42]. 4 folded engraved plates. Signs of wear on the binding, slight stains of humidity. Good copy.

A greatly expanded edition of this gastronomy classic that was a lasting success. There is a collection of all the pastries of the time, jams, biscuits, grappa, cider, fruit, marzipan, fruit jellies, meringues, pies, tea, coffee, chocolate, etc.
