Manifesto di 54 x 36 cm. Litografia. Testo stampato in bianco su fondo blu; sotto il testo, a destra, «P. LAVAL, Compiègne 11 Août 1942». In basso a destra « V – II -200». Buono stato di conservazione. 

Propaganda collaborazionista. Incitamento al lavoro ‘volontario’ in Germania scritto da P. Laval, 1883 – 1945, che fu diverse volte ministro a partire dal 1935. Durante la Seconda Guerra Mondiale e l'Occupazione fu, con Philippe Pétain, la personalità più importante del regime di Vichy e il principale attuatore della politica di collaborazione con la Germania nazista.
