3 volumi interamente incisi a xilografia. Ognuno di 175x118 mm, con 11 fogli, inclusi i piatti figurati a colori delle legature. In totale 33 fogli. Editore “Funatsu Chujiro”. Moltissime figure e scene xilografate nel testo, alcune a piena pagina. In due volume galleria di tarlo nel margine esterno. 

Storia con gli eroi del clan Sugita. Si tratta del volume tre dell’opera, completo con le tre parti. Opera magnificamente figurata da Yoshitoshi con il testo di Takeda Korai. Tsukioka Yoshitoshi, 1839 – 1892, č stato ampiamente riconosciuto come l'ultimo grande maestro dell'ukiyo-e, il genere di incisione colorata su legno che eseguiva utilizzando la tecnica chiamata nishiki-e.
Un esemplare presente presso la Waseda University di Tokyo, con 29 fogli.

Condition Report

Three woodblock print books. 175x118mm each, with 11 leaves, including the colored illustrated covers of the binding. In total 33 sheets. Published by Funatsu Chujiro. Many woodcuts in the text with figures and scenes, some full page.In two volumes woodworm holes on the outer margin. 

Story with heroes of the Sugita clan. This is volume three of the work, complete with the three parts. Beautifully figured work by Yoshitoshi with the text by Takeda Korai. 
Tsukioka Yoshitoshi, 1839 – 1892, has widely been recognized as the last great master of the ukiyo-e genre of woodblock printing and painting.
One specimen present at Waseda University in Tokyo, with 29 sheets.
