Rara edizione illustrata delle opere di Sallustio Crispo contenente 15 superbe xilografie fatte con gli stessi legni dell’edizione del 1511.

Folio; 305x210 mm. Legatura in piena pergamena. Titolo manoscritto al dorso. Cc. [6], CLI, [1]. Frontespizio in rosso e nero in cornice xilografica. 15 xilografie riquadrate nel testo. Diverse note manoscritte in inchiostro bruno alle prime carte. Leggere macchie, per il resto buon esemplare.

A rare illustrated edition of the works of Sallust, containing 15 superb woodcuts carved from the same blocks as those used in the 1511 edition.

Folio; 305x210 mm. Full vellum binding. Handwritten title on the spine. [6] leaves, CLI, [1]. Title page in red and black within a woodcut frame. 15 woodcuts set into the text. Several handwritten notes in brown ink on the first few pages. Slight stains; otherwise a fine copy.
