Bellissima incisione di grande profondità in cui oltre alle bellezze architettoniche e alla perizia di realizzazione delle imbarcazioni e delle figure, colpisce l’impatto della luce di un sole intenso che, oscurato da una torre circolare, squarcia le nuvole. Il titolo è attribuito sulla base dell'omonimo quadro di Claude Lorrain riprodotto nella stampa.

Beautiful engraving of great depth in which, in addition to the architectural beauties and the expertise of making boats and figures, it affects the impact of the light of an intense sun which, obscured by a circular tower, pierces the clouds. The title is attributed on the basis of the homonymous painting by Claude Lorrain reproduced in the engraving.
