Litografia. Folio. 305x228 mm. Grande illustrazione allegorica in alto. Restauro sul margine inferiore, per il resto buona conservazione.

Rarissimo foglio volante figurato. Il chimico e speziale James W. Smith, laureato presso il New York College of Pharmacy, offre in vendita nella sua farmacia un assortimento di medicinali e droghe, garantiti della massima qualità. La bella allegoria della farmacia è impressa in litografia da Prosper Desobry, un litografo francese attivo a New York nella prima metà del XIX secolo.

Litografia. Folio. 296x233 mm. Grande illustrazione allegorica in alto. Restauro sul margine inferiore, per il resto buona conservazione.

Rarissimo foglio volante figurato. Il produttore di casseforti ignifughe in ferro battuto per commercianti propone le sue Casse in ferro che vende nel suo negozio sito in Water Street 97, New York. Sopra il testo della reclame campeggia una grande cassaforte con le ruote, impressa in litografia da Prosper Desobry, un litografo francese attivo a New York nella prima metà del XIX secolo.

Lithograph. Folio. 305 x 228 mm. Large allegorical illustration at the top. Restoration on the lower margin, otherwise in good condition.

Extremely rare illustrated fly leaf. Chemist and apothecary James W. Smith, a graduate of the New York College of Pharmacy, offers for sale in his pharmacy an assortment of medicines and drugs, guaranteed to be of the highest quality. The beautiful allegory of pharmacy is printed in lithograph by Prosper Desobry, a French lithographer active in New York in the first half of the 19th century.

Extremely rare illustrated fly leaf. The manufacturer of fireproof wrought iron merchants' book safes offers his Iron Chests, which he sells in his shop at 97 Water Street, New York. Above the advertisement is a large safe on wheels, lithographed by Prosper Desobry, a French lithographer active in New York in the first half of the 19th century.
