 Standard contract between the members of the Bee Gees and Kragen and Company. This is an agreement to provide the band with "some management and advisory services" in the areas of "audio and visual audio recordings, merchandising and sponsorship activities, personal appearances, film or television, broadcasting". 17 pages, stapled together in the upper left corner, holes for the left margin, slight wear, little spot on the last page. On the last page Barry signed Alan Crompton Gibb, Robin Hugh Gibb, Maurice Ernest Gibb and a representative of the company. Date: Los Angeles, November 17, 1986.
