8vo; 200x140 mm.; Legatura in cartonato; pp. 12 nn., compreso Front., 56, 4 nn. con tavole numeriche intercalate fra le pp. 48 e 49. Front. con trionfo militare xil., 5 tavole f.t. inc. in rame e ripieg., una xilografata "Profilo del petardo" al verso dell'ultima carta. Bell’esemplare.

Rara e ricercata edizione figurata, molto ampliata e più corretta della prima. Il trattato è diviso in cinque parti: "Le cose comuni ad ogni Artiglieria", "Della formazione delle canne", "Della formazione dei letti", "Della carica", "Dei tiri"; si conclude con un'appendice sul petardo.
