SUBSCRIPTION OF THE MANDATE

If you are satisfied with the sales prospects and decide to entrust us with your goods, you will be offered a "sales mandate" with which the agreements between the principal (seller) and agent (Bado e Mart Auctions) will be concluded.

It consists of a document to be signed with which the Auction House is authorized to proceed with the sale of all the objects listed there.

The sales mandate for each item indicates a strictly confidential "reserve price" agreed between the Auction House and the Seller, below which the item cannot be sold.

 

COMMISSIONS AND INSURANCE

The Seller undertakes to recognize to the Auction House a commission, agreed at the time of the assignment of the goods, which will be applied to the auction price of the lots sold.

The percentage of the selling price due to Bado and Mart Auctions cannot be more than 15%, with possible variations based on the type of the asset and the estimate.

The insurance fee is added to this percentage, if the Seller does not have its own insurance.

The commission indicated in the mandate to sell will be the only expense you will incur.

 

PAYMENT

After the sale, Bado and Mart Auctions informs each seller, via email or telephone, about the outcome of the sale relating to their mandate, which will be susceptible to variations in case of post-auction sales.

Bado and Mart Auctions undertakes to pay the due amount to the Seller within 40 days. Payment will be made on condition that the buyer has honored the obligation assumed at the time of the award and that there have been no complaints or disputes relating to the goods.

The timing may vary if the buyer is a foreign citizen as the completion of the sale is delayed by the practices for issuing export permits that depend on the offices of the competent Superintendencies. At the time of payment of the amount due, a tax document will be issued, detailing all the awards and commissions due to the Auction house.

POST-AUCTION

Unsold items may remain available to potential buyers for one month from the end of the auction.

Through our Internet site and our Library, these assets will enjoy full visibility, thus offering the Seller a further possibility of realization. The unsold goods can then be purchased for the amount that will be agreed, from time to time, with the Seller.

After 30 days from the auction the Seller will be contacted to agree with you how to return the unsold goods. If the Seller is unable to pick them up, Bado and Mart Auctions will take care of organizing the shipment of the material with methods and costs to be defined from time to time.
