4to grande. 270x185 mm. 4 carte, compreso Frontespizio, verso del Frontespizio bianco. Grande Stemma di Papa Urbano VIII al Frontespizio. Capolettera ornata. Data in testa alla carta 2r “Lunae 5. Martij 1635”. Lieve foxing, traccia di gora.

Importante fonte storica sull’Ordine di Malta. Sono precisate le qualità che devono avere i cappellani dell’Ordine. Il Monsignor Alessandro Boccabella, 1593-1639, esponente di una delle più eminenti famiglie patrizie di Roma, fu Uditore della Sacra Rota fino alla fine del 1639.
