Very rare first edition. Contains the extract of a letter written by da Cayes, the southern coast of Santo Domingo, April 12, 1765: speaks of the need to incentivize the Negro Trafficking in the Colonies and contains a prospect with the 'Prix des Négres' compared to the price 'de quelque s denrées', like sugar, cotton, coffee. On the last page an interesting 'Cours des changes' which also concerns the 'Actions des Indes', the Colonies and Canada.
